Mission
Our mission
To be an institution recognized for the impact of our actions on the well-being and holistic development of adolescent mothers and their children, contributing to the full development of their potential, with better opportunities for exercising their rights and shared responsibilities as women who are agents of change in building a better society.
One aspect of our evangelizing mission is the promotion of women and the care of children in various settings, including schools and social services. In this way, we ensure the holistic development of each individual, not only academically through development programs but especially through their spiritual formation, fostering character based on Christian values and principles, with ongoing catechesis.
Until they reach the age of majority, the teenagers are under the custody of the Public Prosecutor's Office, but they enjoy the protection of us, the sisters of the Congregation, who are committed to caring for them due to the lack of state-run maternity centers. To this end, we have dedicated part of our property to this social work.
We, the nuns, plan to support these teenage mothers and their children until they reach adulthood, giving them the opportunity to continue on until they achieve autonomy and economic independence. To this end, during their time at the home, they receive both academic and vocational training, tailored to their age, knowledge, abilities, and personal skills, in order to facilitate their entry into the workforce upon reaching adulthood.
